Overseas warehouse introduction

The export process of goods mainly includes: quotation, order, payment method, goods preparation, packaging, customs clearance procedures, shipment, transportation insurance, bill of lading, foreign exchange settlement.

A, quotation

In international trade is generally by the product inquiry, quotation as the beginning of trade. Among them, the quotation for export products mainly includes: product quality grade, product specification and model, whether the product has special packaging requirements, how much of the product to buy, delivery time requirements, product transportation, product material and so on.

More commonly used quotations are: FOB "free on board", CNF "cost and freight", CIF "cost, insurance and freight" and other forms.

Ii. Ordering (signing)

After the trading parties reach the intention on the quotation, the buyer's enterprise will place an official order and negotiate with the seller's enterprise on some relevant matters. After the negotiation and approval by both parties, the purchase contract shall be signed. In the process of signing the "purchase contract", it mainly discusses the commodity name, specification, model, quantity, price, packaging, origin, shipment date, payment terms, settlement method, claim, arbitration and other contents, and writes the agreement reached after the negotiation into the "purchase contract". This marks the official start of the export business. Under normal circumstances, the purchase contract signed in duplicate shall come into force upon being stamped with the company's official seal by both parties and each party shall keep one copy.

Iii. Payment method

There are three commonly used international payment methods, namely letter of credit, TT and direct payment.

1. Payment by l/c

L/c can be divided into clean l/c and documentary l/c. A documentary credit is a letter of credit with specified documents attached. A letter of credit without any documents is called a clean credit. To put it simply, a letter of credit is a document guaranteeing that the exporter will get his money back. Please note that the time of shipment for export goods shall be within the validity of the l/c and the time of presentation of the l/c must be no later than the validity of the l/c.

In international trade, l/c is the mode of payment in most cases, and the date of l/c should be clear, clear and complete. China's state-owned commercial Banks, such as bank of China, China construction bank, agricultural bank of China and industrial and commercial bank of China, are all able to issue l/c (the opening fees of these major Banks are 1.5‰ of the opening amount).

2. Payment by TT

TT payment shall be settled in cash in foreign exchange. Your customer shall remit the payment to the foreign exchange bank account designated by your company. You may request remittance within a certain period after the arrival of the goods.

货物的出口过程主要包括:报价、订货、付款方式、备货、包装、报关手续、装船、运输保险、提单、结汇等。

 

一、报价

 

在国际贸易中一般是以产品询价、报价作为贸易的开始。其中出口产品报价主要包括:产品质量等级、产品规格型号、产品是否有特殊包装要求、购买产品数量、交货时间要求、产品运输、产品材料等。

 

常用的报价有:FOB“船上交货”、CNF“成本加运费”、CIF“成本、保险加运费”等形式。

 

二世。订购(签字)

 

交易双方在报价上达成意向后，买方企业将正式下单，并与卖方企业就有关事宜进行协商。经双方协商同意，签订购货合同。在签订《购货合同》的过程中，主要讨论商品名称、规格、型号、数量、价格、包装、产地、装运日期、付款方式、结算方式、索赔、仲裁等内容，并将协商后达成的协议写入《购货合同》。这标志着出口业务正式开始。正常情况下，双方签订的购货合同一式两份，加盖公司公章后生效，甲乙双方各执一份。

 

三世。支付方式

 

国际上常用的付款方式有三种，即信用证、电汇和直接付款。

 

1. 以信用证付款

 

信用证可分为清洁信用证和跟单信用证。跟单信用证是附有指定单据的信用证。没有任何单据的信用证被称为无证信用证。简单地说，信用证是一种保证出口商能收回货款的单据。请注意出口货物的装运期应在信用证的有效期内，并且信用证的提交时间不得迟于信用证的有效期限。

 

在国际贸易中，信用证在大多数情况下是一种支付方式，信用证的日期应该清楚、清楚、完整。中国的国有商业银行，如中国银行、中国建设银行、中国农业银行、中国工商银行，都可以开立信用证(这些主要银行的开盘价为开盘价的1.5‰)。

 

2. TT付款

 

电汇应以外币现金支付。客户应将款项汇入贵公司指定的外汇银行账户。您可以在货物到达后的一段时间内要求汇款。
