中海集运是集团与天津中海化工物流有限公司的合资企业，注册资金3000万元。它成立于2009年12月22日。主要化工产品液体海洋运输为主要业务,公司的业务一直在大连港口,jingtang,烟台莱州、龙口,BaYuJuan、营口、秦皇岛、青岛、上海、宁波、太仓、镇江、南通、江阴、南京、泉州、东莞、广州等港口,运输和代理货物的苯、酒精、酸、碱、油、和其他特殊液体产品。中石海运与国内外多家知名石化单位、航运公司建立了长期密切的合作关系，在液体化工产品海运方面有着丰富的经验。

 

2. 天津开发区海盛船务有限公司(以下简称“海盛船务”)

 

海盛船务成立于2002年,注册资本1100万元的国内钢铁、煤炭、矿石等散装货物国内和国际货运和作为核心业务,业务范围涉及国内沿海散货和集装箱货物运输,是集货物运输、货运代理、港口仓储、船舶运营的综合物流企业。年钢材吞吐量400 - 500万吨，散货(煤、矿粉等)吞吐量150 - 200万吨。在天津港、秦皇岛、京唐港、曹妃甸、巴渝泉、营口港、上海、江阴、台州、温州等地均设有分公司和办事处。

 

3.上海红船物流有限公司(以下简称“红船物流”)

 

红船物流成立于2010年10月29日，注册资金1000万元，主要承接长江沿岸驳船运输业务，与珠江三角洲各航运公司、托运人、钢厂、港口建立了长期的合作代理关系。经营范围涵盖上海、江阴至无锡、杭州、宁波、台州、温州、嘉兴、重庆、武汉、宜昌等沿江港口码头。长期合作船舶20余艘，500-3000吨，具有良好的驳船运输能力和运力调整能力。
