国际航运的主要特点是成本低、时间长、适合大批量的国外订单运输。

 

国际航运有两种形式:

 

1. 海运集装箱(CY):每张票一个集装箱或多个集装箱。

 

2. 集装箱(CFS):一个集装箱内装三件以上货物。

 

有几种类型的容器:

 

1. 20英尺:尺寸为6*2.2*2.3，理论上为30立方米，实际为25 - 27CBM, 18 - 23吨。

 

2. 20英尺重:尺寸6*2.2*2.3，理论上30立方米，实际25 - 27CBM, 25 - 28吨。

 

3.40英尺:尺寸为12*2.2*2.3，理论上60立方米，实际55 - 57CBM, 18 - 23吨。

 

4. 40ft增高:尺寸12*2.2*2.8，理论产能73立方米，实际产能68-70cbm，产能18-23吨。上面是主要使用的柜，其他还有较少使用的45英尺、凳子小柜、开放式顶柜、冰箱柜等。

整箱操作流程编辑

 

1. 销售:对于危险品(化工产品)的承包，要求客户提供其产品的详细信息，包括正确性

 

中英文名称、成分表、危害等级等;是否承运货物应事先与承运人(货主)协商。

 

2. 报价:根据客户的具体发货要求，包括产品特点、目的港、船期要求、发货条件等特殊要求，对客户进行初步报价;报价包括:海运费+附加费+码头费+报关费+文字

 

包装费+拖车费(+其他代理费);报价单还需要提供大概的船期数据;从不向客户保证发货日期;

 

3.委托书收讫:委托方应按照《运输委托书》、《运输委托书》的规定填写具体资料，填写完整、清晰。

 

4. 订舱订拖车:严格要求，密切关注拖车公司的时效性;

 

5. 装箱:全套报关单证齐全，客户对有具体要求的相关单证加盖公司公章;

 

6. 报关和发布:向海关提交全套单据,海关将检查文件和检查货物报关信息,或者货运代理将进行随机抽样检查(在自己的风险),收税根据货物的类型,并填写验证表单,以便托运人货物出口后退税。如果不合格，请将订单退回审核。

 

7. 与船东及船代交接:交清清关单后，向船东(船代)询问第一航次船舶的名称及航次信息，准备提单;与船东(代理)核对正本提单，向船东(代理)发货，领取船东提单(MB/L);与船东(代理人)核对提单，支付运费给船东(代理人)，安排电放手续;

 

8. 释放提单:一般来说,货物装载后,回到现场,与客户确认提单的具体要求,是否问题船东提单(m / L)或货代的提单(HB / L),同时,要求客户提供提单的内容的信息;

国际航运联合会(ISF)是一个船东组织，成立于190年

 

1919年，它成为世界船东组织。国际海事联合会代表船东处理与海员就业和安全有关的所有事务，总部设在伦敦。

 

国际海事联合会有三个主要目标:

Restrictions on international shipping: restrictions on international shipping are determined by destination, shipping date and other factors. 1. Sales: for dangerous goods (chemical products) contracting, customers are required to provide detailed information of their products, including correctness

 

 

 

English and Chinese name, ingredient list, hazard level, etc.; Whether to carry the goods shall be negotiated with the carrier (owner) in advance.

 

 

 

2. Quotation: according to the specific delivery requirements of the customer, including the product characteristics, port of destination, shipping date requirements, delivery conditions and other special requirements, the customer shall make a preliminary quotation; Quotation includes: sea freight + surcharge + dock fee + customs fee + text

 

 

 

Packaging fee + towing fee (+ other agency fee); The quotation also needs to provide the approximate shipping date data; Never guarantee delivery date to customer;

 

 

 

3. Receipt of the power of attorney: the power of attorney shall fill in the specific information completely and clearly in accordance with the provisions of the power of attorney for transportation and the power of attorney for transportation.

 

 

 

4. Space booking trailer: strict requirements, pay close attention to the timeliness of the trailer company;

 

 

 

5. Packing: the complete set of customs declaration documents is complete, and the relevant documents with specific requirements are stamped with the company's official seal;

 

 

 

6. Customs declaration and issuance: a full set of documents shall be submitted to the customs, and the customs shall check the documents and the customs declaration information of the goods, or the freight forwarder shall carry out random sampling inspection (at its own risk), collect taxes according to the type of goods, and fill in the verification form, so that the shipper can get the tax refund after the goods are exported. If not, please return the order for review.

 

 

 

7. Handover with shipowner and shipping agent: ask shipowner (shipping agent) for the name and voyage information of the ship on the first voyage after handing over the customs clearance documents, and prepare the bill of lading; Check original b /L with owner (agent), deliver goods to owner (agent), get owner b /L (MB/L); Check b/l with shipowner (agent), pay freight to shipowner (agent), arrange telex release procedure;

 

 

 

8. Release bill of lading: generally speaking, after the loading of goods, return to the scene, and confirm with the customer the specific requirements of the bill of lading, whether the problem is the owner's bill of lading (m/L) or the forwarder's bill of lading (HB/L), at the same time, ask the customer to provide the content of the bill of lading information;
