《国际海上危险货物规则》(《国际危规》)由国际海事组织(IMO)颁布，旨在保障船舶运输危险货物的安全，以保护船员和减少海洋污染。各成员国在制定国内相关法律法规时，也可参照《国际危规》相关章节，并可根据本国具体情况修改相关条款。

 

《国际危规》必须由《SOLAS》和《73/78防污公约》的所有成员国执行。规则不限于水手的使用。所有航运业和船舶服务人员都可以使用本条例的部分规定。规章制度包括:技术术语、包装、标签、披露委员会、标记、积载、隔离、处理和紧急反应。国际海事组织每两年修订一次《国际危规》。
