租船人、托运人或者收货人在约定的滞期费内未完成装卸的，承租人、托运人或者收货人应当向出租人支付的金额。额外滞期费的日费率由租船合同规定。

 

回扣佣金

 

由船东支付给承租人的佣金，以运费或租金的百分比表示，通常为2.5%。虽然租船人使用这一佣金作为减少运费或租金的一种手段，但船东可以调整这一佣金。

 

班轮运输

 

货运公司为在预定的申报装卸港经营货轮而提供的服务。运费按公司税则单上的费率计算。

放电文档由承运人:承运人的代理人,在收到清单后,积载计划和sub-manifest,办理入境手续运载货物的船向海关,到达并发出通知收货人,与此同时,上述文件发送到港口,统计单位,等;船舶到达港口后，理货公司应根据舱单理货，并根据货物配载计划指导卸货。

 

从发货人发货到收货人提货，主要的海运单证及其流转流程如下:

 

1. 装运单据(由发货人处理)

 

发货人填写shipping slip(包括shipping slip、loading slip、receive slip等)，由于这三个文件的内容大致相同，所以合并在shipping slip中，同时打印。

 

寄售清单:寄售清单也是存贮的授权书，包括托运人、船名、目的港、品名、唛头和编号、件数、重量等。托运人应当与该单程承运人的代理人办理托运。代理人接受货物后，应当在货单上填写船名，并保存货单。海关同意放行后，应当在货运单上加盖放行章，托运人或者其代理人应当将货物交至港口仓库或者直接发货。然后将装运和收货清单送到理货公司。船舶到达港口后，应当装载理货。理货公司将把提单退还给发货人。托运人可以与单程代理人交换提单。发货人可以等银行结汇后再把提单寄给收货人。

 

装运单:承运人签发的装运单据。是船公司或其代理人在接受托运人申请检查,文档发给托运人或者货运代理,代理承运人根据运输秩序的装货清单,清单,根据承运人的要求和根据装货清单货物积载图,船抵港后,大副签署批准,船离开,提供代理的多个副本的向前卸货港承运人的代理;准备submanifests;代理人应当根据货物的实际装船情况，制作舱单，经大副签字后，到海关办理离船手续。根据提单制作运费清单，寄给承运人在卸货港的代理和船公司。

 

2. 卸货单据(由收货人办理)

 

收据:由载货船舶大副签发给托运人的收据，表明货物已收到，货物已装船。收货人收到正本提单后，应当与承运人的代理人更换提单;代理人签发提单后，应当保持原提单、舱单、提单的一致;收货人凭提单向海关办理清关手续后，应当在港口仓库或者船边提货;货物清关后，将提单留存港口仓库备查;收货人收到的货物少于提单或者残损货物的，应当向承运人索取残缺货物清单或者残损货物清单，并通过代理人向承运人提出索赔。If the charterer, consignor or consignee fails to complete the loading or unloading within the agreed demurrage charges, the amount payable by the charterer, consignor or consignee to the shipowner. Consignment list: a consignment list is also a certificate of authorization for storage, including shipper, name of vessel, port of destination, name of commodity, shipping mark and number, number of packages, weight, etc. The shipper shall consign the goods with the agent of the one-way carrier. After receiving the goods, the agent shall fill in the name of the vessel on the cargo list and keep the cargo list. After the customs agrees to release the goods, it shall affix the release seal on the waybill, and the shipper or his agent shall deliver the goods to the warehouse at the port or deliver the goods directly. Then send the shipping and receiving list to the tally company. Upon arrival at the port, the ship shall load the cargo for tally. The tally company will return the bill of lading to the shipper. Shippers may exchange bills of lading with one-way agents. The shipper can send the bill of lading to the consignee after the bank settlement.
