5. 港口交接
货物到达港口后，需要办理转船和换装手续。货物变更为外国运输车辆后，货运公司将通知托运人货物在口岸的装载时间、外国当事人的车号等信息。
6. 退还客户文件
货物装车、发货变更后，海关会将验货单、报关单、验货单退还给我公司，部分货运公司会根据运费的支付情况将验货单、报关单、验货单退还给客户。
